Ingredients for Turkish rice

3/4 | dl | Olive oil |
400 | g | Aubergines |
500 | g | Tomatoes |
Instructions for Turkish rice
To prepare the Turkish rice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow and heel loosened. Peel the tomatoes, flake them and chop them. Chop the aubergines in the tern and let them draw 1/2 hour sprinkled with salt. Heat well half of the oil in a deep pan and raise the aubergines golden. Remove them from the forehead, pour on the onions and heat them evenly at even heat. Add tomatoes, parsley, mint, aubergines and some salt and pepper. Pour the rice over the aubergines, add broth, put on the lid immediately and let it dry approx. 20 min. By low heat. Remove from heat and leave to stand for approx. 5 min.
In Turkey, the rice is served with a bowl of cold yogurt.
