Ingredients for Turkey lasagna

1smallRoughly chopped yellow onions (about 1 dl)
1canChopped tomatoes (about 400 g)
1/4lKaro's mornay sauce
10gButter
120gCountry bread
150gSalad of e.g. Romaine
2smallCrushed garlic clove
2tspDried oregano
250gMinced Turkey meat (9% FAT)
6Dehydrated, precooked lasagna sheets (about 100 g)

Instructions for Turkey lasagna

To prepare the Turkey lasagna recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano and salt to a tomato sauce.

Melt the butter in a thickened pot at high heat, but do not rub it. Chop the meat for 2 min. Until it crumbles and changes color.

Distribute tomato sauce, chopped meat, mornay sauce and lasagne plates in a 1 1/2 liter breadcrumb like this: First, add 1 dl tomato sauce to the bottom of the mold. Then divide 1 dl meat, 1/2 dl Mornay sauce and 1/3 of the lasagne slices. Continue in that order - end with the rest of the Mornaysaucen. Press lightly so the sauce covers.

Behind the lasagna in the middle of the oven Approx. 40 min. At 200 degrees C.

Let the lasagna pull covered on the kitchen table for 10 minutes.

You can also use minced beef in the lasagna.
