To prepare the Turkey breast with spicy cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rid pockets in the turkey breast, opposite the cutting direction. Fill with spicy cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put the breast in an ovenproof dish with the broth in, set to 200 degrees C. alm. oven. Spray up with more broth if this evaporates away. There must always be ½ liter of broth.
After approx. Add cream, ananas and raisins for 45 minutes in the oven. This is heated for approx. 15 minutes.
Eaten with rice and flutes.
