Instructions for Turkey au wine
To prepare the Turkey au wine recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut turkey meat in big tern and turkey bacon into strips.
Stir the bacon strips in a saucepan and add finely sliced onions.
Put the chunky chicken in the pan when the onions are slightly browned.
Brown the meat and season with salt and pepper.
Add mushrooms to slices.
Parsley parsley in tern carrots in coarse sliced chopped garlic and lightly glazed pearls and pour into the pan
Pour the wine and allow the simmer to simmer for low heat for approx. 15 min. Spit if necessary. With chicken stock and even sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley
