1 | glass | Caviar |
1 | Lemon squeezed | |
1 | bundle | Dill |
1.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | dl | Sour cream 6% |
2 | can | Tuna |
200 | g | Onion |
4-6 | Stalks of celery | |
5 | Gelatin leaves |

To prepare the Tunmousse -Ulter go with some of it all! recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soaked house blast in cold water
Blend tuna me onions, creme fraiche and lemon juice.
Chop dill and celery to the desired size and mix it in the mass.
Melt the house blossom with a little boiling water and pour it into the mass in a thin beam and under constant whipping.
Turn the caviar into the mass.
Season with salt and pepper -Paste with salt as caviar can give a good deal of salt.
Place the mass in the refrigerator until it is half-rigid and you can draw a pattern into it with a spoon.
Meanwhile, the cream is whipped stiff and when the mass is stiffened slightly, the whipped cream is reversed.
Set in my fridge. 2 hours before serving and serving.
