Instructions for Tunfad
To prepare the Tunfad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and boil them and then let them cool off. Mix tuna egg chilli cottage cheese salt and pepper to taste in a bowl and stir it together.
Cut the potatoes into pieces and put them in a serving dish so that the bottom is covered. Put the mixture in the bowl in a layer that covers the potatoes and then put the potatoes on top of the mixture, etc to the bowl is empty.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
Served with wholemeal bread or baguette.
