Ingredients for Tunbrød

Freshly ground pepper
1Form franskbrød without poppy seeds
1Roughly chopped red onion (about 50 grams)
1tspDried oregano
1canTuna in water (ca. 185 grams)
1/2tspCoarse salt
2Egg yolks
2Egg whites
200gGrated cheese
4Tomatoes in slices

Instructions for Tunbrød

To prepare the Tunbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir cheese, egg yolk, onions, oregano, salt and pepper together. Whip the whites stiff and turn them into the cheese mix.

Stir the French bread into 4 slices and grate them on both sides.

Let the tuna dripping and spread it on the bread slices. Cover the tuna with tomato slices and sprinkle with salt. Put the curd on and fry the bread in a preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes at 225
