Instructions for Tuna Mousse (low fat)
To prepare the Tuna Mousse (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the leaves in a bowl of cold water. Squeeze the lime / lemon into a pan and turn on low heat.
When the leaves are soft, put them in the pan. Remember to stir around the pot.
Drain the tuna for water and pour it into a bowl. Add youghurt and stir around until it all has a nice and consistent consistency.
When the contents of the pot are completely liquid and uniform add to the tuna. Season with salt and pepper and fill in a mold. Leave it in the fridge for a minimum of a few hours before it comes to the table.

Since the dish is incredibly low fat and at the same time has high protein content, it is ideal for people on diet or people exercise a lot. Tunmousse is usually a starter, but it can easily be eaten as lunch or snack.
