Ingredients for Truffles, melt in mouth
1 | Egg yolk (past) | |
200 | g | Chocolate (dark or light) |
3 | tbsp | Cocoa |
3 | tbsp | Water |
75 | g | Butter (preferably unsalted but alm red dot can also be used) |
Instructions for Truffles, melt in mouth
To prepare the Truffles, melt in mouth recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put staniol in a suitable form (ex rye bread form)
Chocolate, butter and water put in a bowl, like glass and heated in micro-oven for about 2 min. Stir a couple of times along the way.
Take out and stir again, quiet so it does not disintegrate.
Add the egg yolk and whisk gently until the mass is completely smooth.
Pour the pulp into the mold and set in refrigerator for about an hour until it is relatively hard.
After mass is taken out of the mold, and cutting some appropriate bites (may also be shaped with a spoon).
Take a strainer/sieve and Sprinkle cocoa out of each one. make sure that all aspects will be covered ...
finished, stored on ice.
Tips:
can be varied in many ways. Try inter alia with orange chocolate. Less water makes mass harder, which may also be delicious. I would guess that the water bath also can go instead of micro-oven, but haven't tried it ... Try you forward
