Ingredients for Tournedos with gorgonzolasovs
Crème fraiche 38% | ||

0.5 | dl | Dry sherry |
1 | Oksebouillon cube | |
200 | g | Gorgonzola |
4 | slices | Beef Tenderloin á 3-4 cm |
Instructions for Tournedos with gorgonzolasovs
To prepare the Tournedos with gorgonzolasovs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut a pocket in each tournedos and put a slice of gorgonzola in each. Sprinkle some peppers on the tournedos. Bind if necessary A piece of cutlery about. Step them at high heat for approx. 3 min. On each side of a frying pan. Salt them a little.
Remove the meat from the frying pan and whip the pie with sherry, cream fraiche and approx. 4 tablespoons gorgonzola. Add broth and soya. Let the sauce boil together. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the meat on hot plates and serve the sauce.
Serve with raw potatoes or french fries and whole tomatoes fried in the oven.
