1tbspAllspice, packed in cloth so that it can be removed again
1tspCayenne pepper
15gSalt
1800gTomatoes, peeled and chopped
25gTørsennep
275gSugar
3dlMalt vinegar
450gOnion, finely chopped

Instructions for Tomato chutney (microwave)

To prepare the Tomato chutney (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Add onions, tomatoes, vinegar, sugar and salt in a large bowl and mix well.

Lay the plastic film over and put the oven at 100% for 10 minutes. Turn the bowl every 5 minutes.

Remove the plastic film and add cayenne pepper and mustard. Put the little bag with all the hands in the chutney.

Put the dish back in the oven for another 1 minute at 100%.

Remove the bag all the way and let the chutney cool off. Pour it on the glass and put on the lid.
