To prepare the Tomato bread with Serrano ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the tomatoes in half and rub the insides of tomatoes on both sides of the bread slices. Drizzle olive oil over and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put the slices into the oven about 8 minutes at 225 degrees c. alm. oven, until crisp (on grate lined with baking paper).
Roll the ham slices together and put them on top of the loaves. Server loaves as part of tapas or as a starter.
