150-200 | g | Cooked rice |

3 | dl | Cream (possibly mixed with milk) |
300-350 | g | Broccoli Florets |

Instructions for Toast with broccoli
To prepare the Toast with broccoli recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Lubricate the mold with oil and sprinkle if necessary. With rasp
2. Give the broccoli a boil. Then let it drip off.
3. Mix rice and meat and place it at the bottom of the mold.
4. Place the broccoli bouquets upside down.
5. Whip egg, cream, salt and pepper together and pour into the mold.
6. Put the grated cheese and sunflower seeds on top.
7. Bake in alm. Oven at 200 degrees for approx. 40-45 min. Notice if the egg mass is stiffened in the middle.
tips:
Instead of ham, use a rest hamburger rye or other meat rest. The rice can be a rest from the day before. Overall a good rest.
