Instructions for Timian Fasans on vegetables
To prepare the Timian Fasans on vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start cutting the pheasas in pieces and rubbing them with salt, pepper and thyme. Then clean all the vegetables and cut them into thin slices. Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle some salt and pepper and pour broth. Then put the pheasant pieces on top of the vegetables and drip them with 1-2 tablespoons of melted butter. Cover with foil and rise for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. Then remove the foil, drizzle the pheasants with a little more butter and cut the thyme over. Continue for 35-45 minutes until the meat is fully cooked. Served directly from the oven, possibly. With roasted potatoes and a fresh green salad.
