300gCooked peeled tiger prawns

Instructions for Tiger prawns with ginger and mango

To prepare the Tiger prawns with ginger and mango recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the mango, remove the stone and cut the meat into strips.

Hot oil in the wok and sweetened finely chopped garlic, finely chopped onion and freshly ginger ginger for approx. 1 minute.

Add prawns, soy sauce and chilli powder and turn for approx. 1 minute or until the prawns are passed.

Serve with loose boiled rice.
