250 | g | Cheddar cheese 50 + |

500 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
500 | g | Squash |
Instructions for The oven with squash
To prepare the The oven with squash recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the squash for approx. 1 cm thick slices. Bring them in a plastic bag together with the flour and shake them well so that all slices are covered with flour. Melt a little fat on a pan and shake the squash slices shortly on both sides. Take the squash off the forehead.
Arrow and heel loosened. Rinse and peel the tomatoes if used fresh and cut them into smaller pieces - Tomatoes are ready for use.
Put the onions lightly in oil, add the chopped meat and let it all brown on the forehead. Bring tomatoes in and warm it approx. 10 minutes until the heat is almost boiled. Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
Grate the cheese.
Put in a ovenproof dish, put half the squash, half of the meat mixture and half of the cheese.
Distribute the rest of the squash, meat and cheese in the same order.
Place the dish in the oven at 190 degrees C. alm. Oven approx. 30 minutes.
