Procedure-Neckline: The neck fillet is seasoned with salt & amp; pepper.
Load slice of sliced bacon over the ladder so they cover - may overlap slightly. The discs may be possible. Attached to the sides with meat needles during the frying.
Place the neck fillet in a small pan or oven dish and pour a little water.
Step at 180 degrees for approx. 2 hours. The stage is completed at a center temperature of 80 degrees. (The ladder becomes perfectly tender at a center temperature of almost 90 degrees.)
Procedure-Mushroom Sauce: Clean the mushrooms and cut them in quarters or half. Shake them in a saucepan in a little bit of fat. Pour the cloud from the ladder into the pan, boil and add the cream.
Smooth the sauce and taste with salt & amp; pepper.
