To prepare the Thai fried rice with garlic recipe, please follow these instructions:
Run garlic, coriander and 2 tablespoons of oil together to a lump mass in the food processor / blender. Heat the remaining oil into a large wok or frying pan. Add the garlic mixture and lightning for 2 minutes. Bring the prawns and light them while turning around the garlic casserole. Add water, fish sauce, sugary and black pepper to taste and lightning until the shrimp are finished.
