To prepare the Tartelets with chickens and root vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter is melted with low heat, flour is added and piped into the butter. The chicken broth is added slightly at a time and boiled well with low heat for approx. 20 min. The herbs are peeled and cut into thin strips and given to slightly boil. Herbs and chicken meat are turned into the stuffed sauce. The thyme is rinsed and picked and turned before serving, seasoned with salt and pepper. The party tartlets are heated in the oven at 200g with the bottom up. Can also be heated on toaster. When the party tartlets are hot, pour the filling in and serve.
