Instructions for Tart with fruit
To prepare the Tart with fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Chop the butter in the flour to the dough. Add the icing sugar and the egg yolks and knead the dough lightly. Deploy the dough or press the the jevnt out in a pie dish on 22 cm, preferably with loose bottom. Prick the dough well in the bottom with a fork and set the 15 min. In the freezer.
Bake the tart in the Middle Groove in about 20 minutes at 200 degrees c.
Turn it gently out of the mold, when it cools down a little.
Filler: Mash raspberries and season to taste with sugar. tag, if desired. Some from for garnish.
Wide raspberry bog out of tart. Chicken fersknerner, pull the skin off and udsten them. Put the peaches on raspberry bog at the last minute.
Garnish, if desired. with the whole raspberries. Server whipped cream or ice cream for vanillie.
