4-5 | tbsp | Tandoori paste |
5 | dl | Yoghurt |
Instructions for Tandoori chicken 03
To prepare the Tandoori chicken 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix together the yoghurt, tandoori paste, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
The mixture must be neat red, otherwise add more tandoori paste.
Bullet holes in the chicken fillets with a fork, and place them in the mixture. Let them like to pull a couple of hours on ice.
Cut the onions into thick slices and place them so that they cover the middle of a large roasting pan.
Take now the chicken fillets out of the bed sheet, (there must be a bit of sheet by).
Place them on top of the onions.
Cut the potatoes into slices, and place them around the chicken fillets and pour the rest of the bed sheet over potato slices.
Put in the oven at 160 g. in 35-45 my.
Server a good salt and possibly. good bread.
