To prepare the Tamarillo / Kiwi salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tamarillos and kiwi are freed for skin and cut into the tern. Put in a container with a tight lid. Sugar is sprinkled over, the lid is put on and the container is shaken. Set cool until it is used. Shake a few times.
Served as dessert for ice cream, or alone with whipped cream or cream fraiche to.
