3.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
40 | g | Butter |
50 | g | Freshly grated parmesan |

To prepare the Tagliatelle with asparagus and herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
The pasta cooked just until tender in a large pot of boiling water games. Drain the pasta, but let be in the pot. While the pasta is boiling, chop the green asparagus in small pieces. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, sauté in 2 pieces of asparagus and min. Add the parsley, basil, cream, salt and pepper, and let the Court Cook map together, approx. 2 min. Add Parmesan and stir carefully. Finally pour the cooked pasta into the Pan and warmed through. make sure that all the pasta is coated with sauce. Served with warm pasta bowls, like with planed parmesan on top.
