1Great canned tomato puree (can be omitted if the beans are in tomato sauce)
1/2Green Salad main
2cansGood kidney beans
2bagsNacho chips
200gGrated cheddar
3cloveGarlic
3dlOrganic sour cream
30-40Black olives without stones

Instructions for Taco Salad

To prepare the Taco Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown the meat along with chopped onion and garlic and cook about 20 minutes with the beans and puree. There are seasoned with salt and chili (it must be able to be tasted but must not be pounding strong), a little dried Basil.

While the sauce is boiling, chop tomatoes and salad fine, cheddaren olives and chop roughly, tearing into slices.

All accessories are served in separate bowl and is being built so that only its portion: First chips, then meat sauce, cheese, assorted vegetables and which ends with creme fraiche.
