Ingredients for Tabouleh

2 | dl | Raw bulgur |
20 | Black olives | |
3 | Pita bread | |
3 | dl | Water |
6 | Sun-ripened tomatoes |
Instructions for Tabouleh
To prepare the Tabouleh recipe, please follow these instructions:
ROCEDURE:
Bulbs are cooked according to the instructions on the package.
Chop tomatoes roughly. Chop the parsley roughly with a knife.
Mix both in a bowl together with bulgur.
Come the coarse and smoked olives.
Chop the garlic very well and add it. Pour olive oil and lemon juice over. Mix well and taste with salt.
Let the salad stand and pull in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
Pita bread: Half the pita bread, so they look like crescents. Crumble the feta with a fork. Sprinkle slightly in each half pita bread. Brush the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place them under the grill in the oven for 3 - 4 min. Eat with the bulgus salad.
tips:
Suitable for barbecue. You can vary the salad a little by adding half a cucumber without small-core kernels.
