3 | dl | Broth |
3 | kg | Rabbits, 2 PCs. (a) 1.5 kg |
Instructions for Sydhavskanin
To prepare the Sydhavskanin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start with the karrysauce. Cut onion and bacon into cubes and simmer them for a few minutes in browned margarine on a pan. Sprinkle curry and simmer for a moment before mixing the flour, together with grated apple and tomato paste. Stir broth and pineapple pie and let it boil approx. 10 minutes. Season with salt and mix the pineapple pieces.
Cut the rabbits into pieces of pieces. Mix flour with salt and curry in a plastic bag. Bring the meat into the plastic bag and shake it until it is uniformly powdered. Brown the brown margarine pieces and put them in an ovenproof dish. Distribute the carry sauce over the meat and put the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 35 minutes. Decorate the apples and serve with boiled rice. Can be done in the morning, put cool and put in the oven for a good half hour before the guests arrive.
