To prepare the Sweet tuna fillet with wine sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The mustots are chopped and sautéed. Add the shredded carrots, leeks and squash and let the vegetables sweat for a couple of minutes.
Grease an ovenproof dish, and add the vegetables to the bottom with peas. Put the sour fillets on top (fillet of, for example, cod, sour, reddish or plaice can also be used), sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Cover the dish with stanniol and put it in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 min.
Wine, broth and 2/3 portion of the cream are boiled in a saucepan. Whip the rest of the cream with egg yolk and cornamel, whip it in the sauce. It must not boil, because then it separates! The sauce must only be heated.
Take the dish of fish out of the oven, pour the sauce over and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Server with new potatoes.
