Instructions for Sushi rice
To prepare the Sushi rice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the rice thoroughly. Bring water and rice to boil and simmer for 12 minutes. Take the rice off the heat and let them pull for 20 minutes without lifting the log. Dissolve sugar and salt vinegar. Turn the rice into a large bowl and advantage the vinegar mixture over the rice. Cut with a wooden pavement through the rice mixture until the lumps are gone. Sushiris is ready to be shaped when they have a hand temperature (about 25 degrees).
