1 + 0.5 dl. cream | ||

1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
175 | g | Melted butter |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | dl | Sugar |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
4 | Eggs | |
6 | dl | Desiccated coconut |
6-7 | tbsp | Cocoa |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Super delicious coconut cake
To prepare the Super delicious coconut cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
To do this: Start turning the oven at 225 degrees.
Then you start the dough:
Gently melt the butter. Then whip eggs and sugar together in a bowl to make it a fluffy mass and add the melted butter and the rest of the ingredients afterwards. Whip it all together well.
Then put the baking paper in an oven frying pan and spread the dough into the frying pan. Now the cake must be baked for 10-12 minutes.
In the meantime, make the delicious coconut glaze: Put butter, sugar, light syrup and cream in a saucepan and cook for a couple of minutes. Then add coconut and let it boil a few more minutes.
Put the icing on the cake when it is baked.
Then put the cake with the icing in the oven again and behind it for 8 - 10 minutes until the glaze is nice and light brown.
When the cake has cooled, cut it out into squares of approx. 3 x 3 cm.
