Ingredients for Super buns

0.5dlCanola oil
1Eggs
1tspLemon juice
1kgWheat flour
1tbspSugar
1dlWater (lukewarm)
150gRaw potato
2tbspWater
200g5-kornsblanding
200gOatmeal
200gRaw carrot
3tspHoney
3dlButtermilk
3tspSalt
3dlWater (boiling)
300gGrahams
50gYeast
90gWalnut kernels

Instructions for Super buns

To prepare the Super buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring 5-grain mix and oatmeal in a bowl and pour boiling water over. Let it cool.

Season the potato and carrot finely and mix with lemon juice, sugar, honey, rapeseed oil and water. Bring the mixture to a pan and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Cool until it is hot.

Stir tenderloin, water, yeast, salt and coarse walnuts together. Add the potato / carrot and then grahamsmel and wheat flour a little at a time.

Let the dough raise to double size for approx. 1 hour

Form the dough to approx. 30 buns and let them rise to double size.

Whip egg and water together and brush it on the balls

Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 20 min.
