Vegetable stock or chicken stock

1-2 juice from oranges

Instructions for Sunshine soup

To prepare the Sunshine soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

The carrots peeled and cut into coarse pieces. The same with the onion. It all FRY in a pan in a little olive oil. Add 6 cups water and bouillon cube.
Cook for ½ hour. Take the heat and blend. Warm up again and season with the juice from the oranges and 1-2 salt and pepper.
