Instructions for Summer Pie
To prepare the Summer Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
The hazelnuts spread out on a baking sheet and shake at 225 degrees for 5-8 minutes, pour onto a dish and rinse the dishes. Hazelnuts are roughly chopped and cooled completely.
The cream is whipped to foam, nuts and vanilla sugar. Invert the strawberries and remove 1/3 for decoration. The rest of the strawberries mashed together in a bowl.
A bottom is laid on a cake dish. Half of the mashed strawberries are put on. Half of the nutshell is laid on and a bottom is laid over. The rest of the mashed strawberries are laid on and covered with the nutshell. The layer cake is decorated with strawberries and lemon balm on top.
You can also put some leaves into the bottom layer of nutshell as decorative.
