100 | g | Figs |
100 | g | Raisins |
100 | g | Sunflower kernels |
2 | tbsp | Cinnamon |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
250 | g | Grahams |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
3.5 | dl | Orange juice |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Summer Bread
To prepare the Summer Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun the orange juice and stir the yeast out of it. Add water, oil, salt, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, chopped figs and sunflower seeds. Mix the graham flour and then the wheat flour in to the dough has a suitable consistency. Serve the dough well and set it for 45 minutes. Pour the dough into an elongated bread and put it in a greased form. Bake bread at 40 - 45 minutes at 200 degrees. Take the bread out of the mold for the last 5 minutes of baking time.
