Ingredients for Stuvet Spinach

2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
3 | dl | Cream |
3 | dl | Milk |
350-400 | g | Frozen spinach balls |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Stuvet Spinach
To prepare the Stuvet Spinach recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil water and pour over spinach until it is thawed.
Melt butter over medium heat.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir the flour into the butter.
Put the pot back on the heat.
Add milk and cream.
Let it all boil and get thick, but keep an eye and stir most of the time.
Pour the water from spinach into a sieve. Make sure it is free of water.
Put the spinach in the pot.
Add the milk, sugar, salt and pepper.
Let the pot stand for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
tips:
Works like sauce and can be eaten for almost everything :)
