25 | g | Butter |
5 | dl | White milk sauce 4% |
500 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |

To prepare the Stutter with red wine sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Form 4/beefburgers and fry them in Golden butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Tag them and keep them warm.
Boil the pan with red wine and Rosemary. Add white milk sauce and bring the sauce to a boil. Cook it on low heat and stirring for about 8 mins
Taste the sauce with salt and pepper.
Tips:
If you like it a bit more expensive: you can use instead of ground beef, steaks of beef tenderloin or filet.
