Instructions for Stuffed pork with bacon

Give the meat a deep scratch along, and benefit from the collapsed filling. Slice slices of bacon around the ladder and place it in a greased refractory dish.
The potatoes are thoroughly scrubbed and divided in half by the sides of the ladder or in a greased dish next to it. The potatoes are brushed with oil and sprinkled with salt, pepper and green. (Timian, parsley or dill.) Stays for approx. 45 min. At 225 degrees.
