Instructions for Stuffed peppers
To prepare the Stuffed peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion, mushroom, celery, olive, garlic and sauté in a pan.
Add beef and brown with cayenne pepper, peppers, thyme, salt and pepper
Add 1/3 of the chop. Tomato and whole tomato paste
Cut out of the peppers by cutting around the green at the top and fill them with the meat mixture (save about 1dl).
Put them in a refractory dish and divide the sprouts in half and lay around the peppers.
Cook the pan with the rest of the meat, approx. 0.6 dl of water and a dice of green power. Give it a maizena, melia or what you normally use so it's like ... baked beans? , P
Pour the dishes into the dish with the peppers
Comes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 20-40min depending on size of the peppers becomes soft ... they should not be completely slippery ..
Serve with boiled bulgur, cucumber / tomato salad and olives.
tips:
Should be seasoned for taste and pleasure. Cayennepeber should be omitted if children are to eat it. In fact, it's only the imagination that sets limits for the fill!
