Instructions for Stuffed beef and pork
To prepare the Stuffed beef and pork recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat oven to 210 degrees c. alm. oven.
Remove superfluous fat and sinew. Cut a deep pocket on one side of the meat.
Chop the spinach finely and mix it with the spring onions. Warm the butter in a frying pan, and saute the spinach and scallions, to the spinach is soft. Remove pan from heat, and cool the mixture.
The cheese and break into pieces, and mix in the spinach. Add pepper.
Fill your pocket in the meat with spinach mixture. Close opening with skewers, or lace the roast.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, put the meat in, and Brown it on all sides by strong heat.
Put the meat in a roasting pan and place it in the oven.
Roast for 40 minutes, if the roast should be red.
Rose in 50 minutes if it should be pink.
Roast for 1 hour if it is to be done.
Baste with the juices.
Take the roast out of the oven. The roast is resting warm and covered with silver foil in 10 minutes. Remove skewers or string before the cut.
