To prepare the Strudsestroganoff with tomato and mushroom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the meat in a little fat in a pan. Seasoned with pepper. Onions and mushrooms are cut into slices and wrapped with. The tomatoes are cut into thin boats where the cores are removed and added. Add the saucepan, add sour cream and simmer under low heat for approx. 40 min. Until the meat is tender. The dish is seasoned with salt and pepper.
Served with mashed potatoes, chopped parsley and green salad with orange juice.
