1 | tsp | Toasted cumin |
1 | bottle | Rosinvin (i.e. sweet wine or eiswein spätlese URf.eks.) |
1 | tsp | Celery seeds |
1 | dl | Wine vinegar |
1000 | g | Ostrich culotte |
3 | dl | White wine |
4-5 | tbsp | Olive oil |
Instructions for Struds in sour sauce
To prepare the Struds in sour sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The stewed meat is rubbed with mint. Heat a fry with olive oil and brown stews on all sides. Add white wine and turn down, let the steps simmer for approx. 1 hour until the center temperature is 65-70 degrees C Take it up and let it rest covered.
Heat the cheeses heavily, add vinegar and cook it a little. Add the rosin wine and spices.
Serve with boiled potatoes, salad and coarse bread.
