Ingredients for Strong punch
1 | small bottle | Arrack (a østindisk romlignende brandy) or husholdningsrom |
1 | dl | Sugar |
1/2 | tsp | Citric acid |
1-1 1/2 | dl | Cognac |
2 | dl | Light syrup |
3 1/2 | dl | Schnapps or vodka |
3/4 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Strong punch
To prepare the Strong punch recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the syrup, water and sugar together in a saucepan and allow to boil while stirring to dissolve the sugar. Cool the mixture a little and add snaps and arrak or cream. Taste with cognac, sprinkle citric acid and stir around.
Serving: The punch can be served both hot and cold, possibly. For apples.
