Freshly grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Olive oil
Pepper

1Onion finely chopped
1dlWhipped cream
1lHot grøntsagsboullion
200gRisotto rice
8Large roughly chopped strawberries

Instructions for Strawberry risotto

To prepare the Strawberry risotto recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan, add the rice, onions and strawberries and fry it for a moment, add bouillon a little at a time while stirring, let the liquid vapor in between each time. Continue this into the rice is cooked tender without boiling out. Add cream and season to taste with lemon juice, cheese, salt & pepper.

Serve with the roasted fish and fresh salad.
