To prepare the Strawberry mousse with refined orange juice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Strawberry mousse: Style house blast in cold water approx. 10 min.
Mix the strawberry with strawberry and the juice of ½ lemon to the mousse.
Melt the husblas in a saucepan and add it cooled in a thin beam in the diced strawberries. Let it get cold. Whip the cream and turn it into the cold strawberry pie. Spread the mousse into 6 coats lined with household film and let them stiff in the refrigerator.
Orange sauce: Boil orange juice, jam and sugar together and simmer for about 1 min. Add the maizena, stir in a little cold water - and cool. Dilute if necessary. With a little water if it gets too thick.
Distribute the sauce on 6 plates and put the mousse on it. Decorate with fruit
