Instructions for Stew in sauce
To prepare the Stew in sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The steaks are browned in a saucepan.
Add water to cover the meat. - a beef stew is also added
Then add sliced carrots and pearls.
The dish must simmer under the lid until the carrots are tender.
Then smooth the sauce with floury flour (3 tablespoons flour to a flourish half full with water)
Color is added until it has a suitable color.
Seasoned with salt and pepper.
