2Egg yolk
2tspDijon mustard
600gBeef, chopped roughly 16% fat

To prepare the Steak with alloy mustard sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Form the meat into four patties and fry them in a frying pan in butter and oil. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.

Beat the egg yolks, mustard and white wine over low heat if necessary. water bath-until it thickens. Whisk the hot, melted butter in the sauce a little at a time and season with salt and pepper (sauce must not boil!).

Pour a little sauce over each steak and serve the rest in a bowl.
