To prepare the Steak steak and baked peppers with feta cheese and silver beans recipe, please follow these instructions:
Switch on the grill in the oven. Rinse the peppers and wipe them off. Place them all on a plate of baking paper in the oven under the grill until they are dark. Turn them so they are grilled on all sides approx. 15 minutes in total. Remove the peppers from the oven and put them in a plastic bag. Pour pine nuts into a refractory dish under the grill for a couple of minutes until golden.
When the peppers are easily cooled, they are taken out of the bag and the peel is peeled off. Remove stems and cores. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper and put a slice of feta cheese. Pour white wine into a refractory dish, place the peppers and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
Vaporization of silver beaker: Rinse the silver bed sheets. Cut the green from the white stems. Cut the stems into pieces of a few cm. length. Push the salad bar and cut it into the rings. Put the rings in butter in a thickened pot. Add the pieces of the white stems from the silver beans and season with cumin and salt and add lemon juice. Screw down and steak the steaks for 1-5 minutes on each side depending on how red they should be. Should the steak be pink inside, it should rise approx. 3 minutes on each side. Serve the steak with baked peppers, steamed silver beets and boiled potatoes.
