Instructions for Star Shot II
To prepare the Star Shot II recipe, please follow these instructions:
On the roasted French bread lubricate the dressing, then put a salad leaf, the two fish fillets side by side. On top of a coiled slice of smoked salmon, decorate with lots of prawns, asparagus and a couple of teaspoonful caviar (red and or black). Finish with dill, lemon and tomato.
With a cold glass of white wine.
tips:
The fish fillets are flared, the light side (underside of the fish) folds and steamed in eg. A fish pit or in the bottom of a bucket of water / white wine in the microwave oven of the coded is white and solid.
The dark side of the fish is first turned into flour, then in egg whipped egg and finally in rasp, fry on a pan in butter for 3-4 minutes on each side and put on greasy paper.
