0.75 | dl | Maple syrup |

2.5 | dl | Boiled squashmos |
3 | tbsp | Raw sugar |

Instructions for Squash ginger souffle
To prepare the Squash ginger souffle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix in a pan squashmos, maple syrup, nutmeg, ginger, salt and butter, and let it stand over low heat for 5 minutes.
Beat the egg yolks together, got them into the Pan and warm it all through. Take the Pan from the heat and let it cool a little. Beat the egg whites very stiff with raw sugar and fold them with light hand in squash mixture.
