500 | g | Medium-sized Zucchini |
Instructions for Squash Casserole
To prepare the Squash Casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the squash into slices or cubes. Chop onion and garlic nicely. Steam both parts in oil until the bulbs are clear without burning. Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces and put them in the pan. Add salt and pepper. Steam the dish under low heat for 15-20 minutes until the squash fruit is tender. Sprinkle with chopped parsley over the pan.
