| 1 | tbsp | Cinnamon, ground |
| 1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
| 150 | g | Cane sugar |
| 150 | g | Butter |
| 240 | g | Wheat flour |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 300 | g | Squash |
| 75 | g | Sunflower kernels |
Instructions for Squash cake 02
To prepare the Squash cake 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in softened butter and sugar together. Whip eggs in one at a time and stir well between each egg.
Sift flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and cinnamon together and stir it into the batter. Stir in grated Zucchini and sunflower seeds in.
Pour batter into a greased springform and bake the cake 175 degrees c. by alm. oven for about 1 hour.
